Seminar sessions
1. session
In this session, the participants will have the chance to test the online course titled Online English for International Mobilities. The course is designed for students with hearing loss to practise and improve their English language skills in the context of studying abroad. The course is suitable for approximately B1–B2 users of English with hearing loss; teachers of students at lower or higher proficiency levels are encouraged to browse it for inspiration.
2. session
This session is designed as an open space discussion. All participants are invited to ask their own questions they wish to debate with their colleagues and pose them during the discussion. The questions should relate to the area of teaching English to learners with hearing loss such as “How do you explain to your students the use of present perfect?”, “Do you teach your students how to use a dictionary?”, “What are your best practices for teaching online?”, etc.
Please send the organizers your questions before the seminar either by typing them in the registration form or via email.
