Dissemination

The main events organised to share the intellectual outputs of the LangSkills project with a wider audience are the seminars on teaching English to learners with hearing loss and the project’s final conference. Further efforts of the partnership to disseminate the project’s outputs include conference papers, promotion videos, leaflets and other activities.

1. Final conference

The final conference is an opportunity to disseminate the project’s outputs as well as to meet for all those interested in leading an international discussion and exchange of views in the area of (language) learning, internationalization and mobilities of students with hearing loss.

2. Seminar on teaching English for learners with hearing loss 

This seminar is intended primarily for teachers of students with hearing loss and all audience interested in this area. The project outputs will be presented at the seminar and practical demonstrations of the use of individual materials will be made. An important part of the seminar is A discussion on the language education of students with hearing loss is an important part of the seminar as part of a joint discussion and an open space discussion. 

Date: Autumn 2020 – will be specified shortly (Update: Originally, the seminar was planned for the 3rd of April, but due to the covid-19 disease spread had to be canceled.)
