As the holiday season is approaching, we’d like to offer an overview of the availability of the Teiresias employees during this time for all those who’d be seeking our services.
Study section
During July and August the Studies section will be open on workdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. As it is vacation time, it is not possible to ensure that all employees will always be present. If you need to discuss something with a particular person, please arrange a meeting beforehand (via email or phone) to avoid unsuccessful visits of the Centre.

Library and publishing section
At least one member of the library section will be available in the Centre until July 22 and then from August 29 onwards.

Special IT section
At least one member of the section will be available throughout the summer. However, due to the planned refurbishment of the classrooms (see below), it is advised to arrange a meeting prior to your arrival to the Centre.

Availability of Teiresias Centre classrooms
All study rooms will be at your disposal throughout the summer. However, during weekends you must check in at the reception desk and there won’t be any technical support available. Between June 27 and August 14, 2022, classrooms 114–118 will be closed due to an installation of air conditioning. Carpet cleaning will take place immediately afterwards in all classrooms and hallways. Individual classrooms may also be closed briefly during the holiday season for maintenance work.
Current information will be available in the Timetable app on our website (teiresias.muni.cz/rozvrh). You have to make a reservation when using the study rooms. If you decide not to use the room or you leave earlier than planned, please cancel or adjust your reservation. By doing so, you’d help keep the information up to day for the others. Rules on using the study rooms are available here. We kindly ask you to follow them to the letter.
