Workshop for teachers

Students with learning difficulties

A practically focused seminar about specific learning difficulties and attention disorders will give you a better insight into issues these students struggle with. You will have a chance to experience some of these issues yourself. We will explore how even minor adjustments can help students in the classes and you will have a chance to ask about real teaching experience.

Students with psychological difficulties

Psychological difficulties and autism spectrum disorders might not be seen at first sight, which can – beside study problems – cause communication difficulties. Side effects of the medication often worsen concentration, memory, and sleep, and frequent changes in the health condition may cause higher absence rate in classes. Psychological disorders often occur during university studies for the first time.

The workshop will show you what kind of problems these students deal with and how you, as teachers, can understand them better as well as how to help.
